For any orders received on Letmegrab business portal, following are the offered ways of Store Pickup and Delivery.

Store-pickup facility

Industry first initiative taken by Letmegrab, Customers can try and pickup their orders.

Delivery

If you have GST Certificate and active GSTIN, Letmegrab can provide delivery to the customer.

Nearby Self Shipping

The sellers can provide self-delivery to their nearby areas, if they have their own workforce to deliver.

Store Pickup

If seller cannot offer delivery option for specific products, sellers can put up an option of Pickup where the customer will have to pick them up from the store.
  • You can set the pickup time slot from your store details setting in your business portal.
  • Customers can choose the offered pickup time slot while placing an order.
  • You need to keep their order ready before the chosen time slot.
  • Customers can simply visit your store and pick-up the order by sharing their DTP.
  • DTP keeps your order transaction secured and hassle-free.
  • You will get an advantage of “Pay over shop” payment method, customers will pay at your store-step for their purchase.
  • In the store pickup option, if any product return occur, customers will come to your store to return/exchange/replace the product as per given product return policy.
  • Store pickup option will increase customer footfalls of your store, and helps you to retain your customers.

LMG Shipping

You need to process orders, Pack as per guideline, and keep them ready for shipping. Our Delivery partner will come to pick-up the shipment and deliver to the destination carefully.
  • You need to process the order from your business portal.
  • Pack the product as per delivery and packaging guidelines.
  • Mark orders as ready to ship.
  • Our delivery partner executive will come to pick-up the order at your store-step.
  • In case of return/exchange or replacement of the products, our delivery partner will perform their duty same as forward shipping.
  • Cash on delivery will be eligible in this option.

Nearby Self-Shipping

If you have an own workforce to deliver the orders within your nearby areas, you can simply choose this option while processing orders. In the same you need to deliver the shipment to the customers and collect Cash on Delivery amount if any.
  • You have to select the “Nearby self-shipping” option while processing orders.
  • You need to deliver the product to customer’s address by self, and liable to collect the COD amount if any.
  • In this option, delivery must be done successfully within 60 minutes from the order marked as “out for delivery”.
  • In the same, you are liable to perform return shipping, in case of any returns/exchange or replacement raised by customers.
  • In this option, Packaging should be done as per the guidelines too.
